What are Your Pain Points?

One of my favorite exercises for Business Owners is to Define Your Pain Points. You need to review what keeps you awake at night.

If you could wave a magic wand over your business, what would you change?
The box below represents a draft of some sample pain points commonly recognized in businesses.
This exercise asks, “which means that.” For example: We have staff issues; which means that, our sales team is unmotivated; which means that close rates are at 5% instead of 10% and inquiry call rates are at 5 a day instead of 10 a day; which means that a motivated team would easily add an extra $300,000 in revenue.

Now is the time to invest in you, your family, and your business.
