➢ Two team members from 6 Companies participate in a 26-week boot camp that meets virtually every 2 weeks for 1 hour to develop your Master Plan utilizing the MAUS Systems Software & Weiss Advisors expertise

➢ The group will sequentially complete the Masterplan Lean Software’s 9 modules to create their own Business Plan

➢ Each session will involve pre-work completed on your own that will provide the inputs for the group session which will include discussions with the other likeminded participants to help you refine your thinking and document your thoughts

The Schedule
